WaveoTouch TM(select modeJs)

Your refrigerator is equipped with a Wave-Touch TM

control panel display. It is only necessary to gently

touch the glass. There are three (3) levels of display,

1*t Level: Sleep Mode

Sleep Mode displays only the WATER, CUBES and

CRUSHED options. Touch an icon to activate the

desired dispenser mode. The active dispenser mode is

more brightly illuminated.

2naLevel: Awakened Display Mode

The control panel is awakened by touching anywhere

on the glass where there is an indicator. Black space

wilt not awaken the display. After 10 seconds of

inactivity, the control panel will return to the Sleep mode.

The following dispenser options are illuminated:

iceoff

(FreshFood

IceMaker)

last freeze

Pressand holdfor three(3) secondsto turn the ice

makerONor OFF.Theice makeris OFFwhenthe

LEDabovethe IceOff icon isilluminated.Ifthere is

noindicator,thenthe icemakeris ON.Turningthe

icemakerOFFdisablesthe icedispensingfeature.

NeitherCUBESnor CRLISHEDwill operatewith the

icemakerOFF.

Activates a faster ratefor freezing food and

increased iceproduction.

NOTE

Refer to Automatic Ice Maker-Freezer section for

freezer ice maker controls.

Pressand holdfor three (3) secondsto activate

and deactivate.This restricts undesiredchanges

to the refrigerator's settings and prevents use of

the iceand water dispenser.

iMPORTANT

When the ice maker is turned off, the ice in the bucket

should be transferred to the freezer or discarded to

prevent it from melting.

3rdLevel: UserVariable Options

Touching the options icon displays the following options:

vacationmode

Conservesenergy by increasingthe time

betweenautomatic defrost. This feature isauto-

maticallyactivatedduring long periods between

door openings. Vacationmode is manually

activatedwhen the indicator is lit.

air filter

tempdisplay

tempmode

Touchto display filter condition status. Press

and hold for three (3) seconds to resetafterfilter

change.

Touchto displayfilterstatus,Pressandholdfor

three(3)secondsto resetafterfilterchange.

When active,it allows the display of the freezer

and fridge temps during Sleep Mode.Thetem-

peratureis displayedwhen the indicator is lit.

Touchto toggledisplayfromFahrenheitto

Celsius.

Tonesemitted by each keypress canbeturned

off based on user preference.Thesounds are

mutedwhen the indicator is tit.Warning signals

will stay active.

Resetsalt refrigerator settings such as temp,

temp display,and alarmtones to their factory

default settings.

Pressand hold for three (3) seconds to turn

off the cooling system to cleanthe refrigera-

tor. It also turns off the ice maker,all dispenser

functions, and the Perfect TempTM drawer (select

models). Thetemperature disptaywill readOFF.

iMPORTANT

Pressing the system on/off icon does not turn off

power to your refrigerator. You must unplug the power

cord from the walt outlet.
