Remove the core temperature sensor

plug from the socket and remove the

meat from the oven.

WARNING!

The core temperature sensor is

hot! There is the risk of burns! Be

careful when you remove the tip

and plug of the core temperature

sensor.

Useful information:

• The core temperature sensor must stay

in the meat and in the socket during the

cooking process.

• To change the core temperature press

9.2 Inserting the accessories

Baking tray:

Push the baking tray between the guide

bars of the shelf support.

Wire shelf:

Push the shelf between the guide bars of

the shelf support and make sure that the

feet point down.

Wire shelf and baking tray together:

Push the baking try between the guide

bars of the shelf support and the wire

shelf on the guide bars above.

• All accessories have small indentations

at the top of the right and left side to in-

crease safety. The indentations are also

anti-tip devices.

• The high rim around the shelf is a de-

vice which prevents cookware from

slipping.

9.3 Heated drawer

You can preheat a cookware in the draw-

er.

To activate or deactivate the heated

drawer, use the switch that is on the left

side of the drawer housing.
