Oven function Application

Turbo Grilling

To cook large pieces of meat. The grill element and the

oven fan operate one after the other and circulate hot

air around the food.

True Fan

Cooking

To roast or roast and bake food with the same cooking

temperature, on more than one shelf, without flavour

transference.

Pizza Setting

To make pizza, quiche or pie. The grill and bottom ele-

ment provide direct heat and the fan circulates the hot

air to cook the pizza toppings or pie filling.

6. CLOCK FUNCTIONS

6.1 Setting the Minute Minder

Use this function to set a countdown

time. The maximum time you can set is 2

hours 30 minutes. This function has no ef-

fect on the operation of the oven.

Press + or - again and again to set

the necessary time.

The Minute Minder starts automatical-

ly after five seconds.

When the set time is completed, an

acoustic signal sounds. Press a but-

ton to stop the signal.

7.1 Core temperature sensor

The core temperature sensor measures

the core temperature of the meat.

There are two temperatures to be set:

• The oven temperature. Refer to the ta-

ble for roasting.

• The core temperature. Refer to the ta-

ble for the core temperature sensor.

Only use the core temperature

sensor supplied with the appli-

ance, or genuine replacement

parts.
