DAILY USE
WARNING!

To operate the appliance you can use:
manual mode - to set a heating func-
tion, the temperature and the cooking
time manually.
Automatic programmes - to prepare a
dish when you do not have knowledge
or experience in cooking.
Heating function Application
1 True Fan Cook-
ing
To bake on maximum on three shelf positions at
the same time. When you use this function, de-
crease the oven temperature by 20 - 40 °C from
the standard temperatures you use for Convention-
al Cooking. Also to dry food.

Pizza Setting To bake food on one oven level for a more intensive
browning and a crispy bottom. When you use this
function, decrease the oven temperature by 20 - 40
°C from the standard temperatures you use for
Conventional Cooking.

Cooking
To bake and roast food on one shelf position.

Slow Cook To prepare very lean and tender roasted food.

Bottom heat To bake cakes with a crispy bottom and to pre-
serve food.

Defrost To defrost frozen food.

Keep Warm To keep food warm.

Grilling To grill flat food in the middle of the grill and to toast
bread.

Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast
bread.

Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on
one shelf position. Also to gratinate and to brown.
SETTING THE HEATING
FUNCTION

Touch . The display shows a sym-
bol, the number of the heating function
and the preset temperature.

Touch or to set a heating func-
tion.
3.
Touch or the appliance starts au-
tomatically after five seconds.
If you activate the appliance with
and do not set a heating func-
tion or programme, the appliance
deactivates automatically after 20
seconds.
CHANGING THE
TEMPERATURE
Touch or to change the tempera-
ture in steps of 5 °C.
