Cleaning the appliance after each use

1. Wipe the appliance with a damp

cloth and a little washing up liquid.

2. Dry the appliance using a clean

cloth.

Removing deposits

1. Place the scraper on the glass ce-

ramic surface at an angle.

2. Remove residues by sliding the

blade over the surface.

3. Wipe the appliance with a damp

cloth and a little washing up liquid.

4. Dry the appliance using a clean

cloth.

*Scrapers and cleaners for glass ceramic and

stainless steel can be purchased from specialist

retailers

Remove stubborn residues with a

cleaner for glass ceramic or stain-

less steel.

Remove cleaning agent residues

with water and a clean cloth.

Scratches or dark stains on the

glass ceramic cannot be removed

but do not affect the functioning of

the appliance.

Cleaning the wok pan (Wok P6)

1. Clean the wok pan thoroughly inside

and out with washing up liquid after

every use.

2. Soften heavy deposits with hot wa-

ter. If necessary, clean with a com-

mercially available chromium steel

cleaner and a sponge.

3. Blue discolourations, limescale

stains or protein stains are best re-

moved with vinegar or lime juice.
