The DTA will cut tomatoes,

oranges, lemons etc. into perfectly

proportioned segments while at the

same time removing the core. The

DTA is ideal for preparing mixed

salads with tomatoes and for

preparing oranges and lemons for

drinks and cocktails.

Recommended both for cafeterias

and restaurants with table or buffet

service and also Fast Food

establishments or bars.

FEATURES

V The DTA reduces the preparation

time needed for cutting tomatoes and

apples into 4, 6, 8 or 12 segments.

V Apple segments are cut removing the

core for preparing tarts and cakes.

V The DTA helps control costs as each

segment is perfectly proportioned.

V Supplied with interchangeable

attachments suitable for every

requirement.

V All of the elements can be washed in

a dishwasher.

V The blade units can be easily

removed and are interchangeable on a

single base.

V The base with the blade holder unit,

all in cast aluminium, stands on the

work surface.

V Two stainless steel shafts fixed onto

the support unit function as a guide for

the plunger movement.
