The oven door should
be closed during cook‐
ing so that the function
is not interrupted and to
ensure that the oven
operates with the high‐
est energy efficiency
possible. When you use
this function, the tem‐
perature in the cavity
may differ from the set
temperature. Due to the
use of the residual heat
- the heating power may
be reduced. For general
energy saving recom‐
mendations refer to:
"Energy Efficiency"
chapter, Energy Sav‐
ing.This function was
used to comply with the
energy efficiency class
according to EN
60350-1.
Fast Grilling
To grill flat food in large
quantities and to toast
bread.
Turbo Grilling
To roast larger meat
joints or poultry with
bones on one shelf po‐
sition. Also to make gra‐
tins and to brown.
True Fan +
Steam
To steam dishes. Use
this function to de‐
crease the length of the
cooking time and to pre‐
serve the vitamins and
nutrients in the food.
Select the function and
set the temperature be‐
tween 130 °C to 230 °C.
