tips and information
To avoid small children and pets unintentionally switching
the induction control on, we recommend activation of the
lock feature as a child safety device.
In order to avoid a re, this appliance must be kept clean.
Pot handles should be turned away from the front of the
bench to avoid spillage accidents.
For maximum stability, ensure pots and pans are centrally
located on the trivets.
Keep all air vents clear of obstructions on the underside of
this product.
Risk of burns! Do not leave objects made of metal, such as
knives, forks, spoons and saucepan lids on the induction
cooking surface or near the burner, as they can get hot.
Remove stickers andlm from the glass ceramic or
stainless steel surfaces before using the appliance.
The glass ceramic can be damaged by objects falling
onto it.
The edge of the glass ceramic can be damaged by being
knocked by the cookware.
Cookware made of cast iron, stainless steel or with
damaged bottoms can scratch the glass ceramic if pushed
or pulled across the surface.
Spillage from cookware can burn onto the glass ceramic
or stainless steel and should be removed at the earliest
opportunity.
Do not use the cooking zones with empty cookware or
without cookware.
To avoid damaging cookware and glass ceramics, do not
allow saucepans or frying pans to boil dry.
Do not allow large cookware to overhang the appliance
onto adjacent bench top. This will cause scorching to the
bench top surface.
Do not allow cooking pots or pans to intrude into the area
which is close to the controls.
Ensure burner bodies and trivets are properly located.
Some cookware may make noise when used on an
induction unit. These noises are the result of vibration of
the laminated material (sandwich construction) inside the
cookware and will not affect the operation or performance
of the appliance.
